The Daily Scroll - Don’t Know?

What about God? Don’t know? There are probably very few people on earth who has no knowledge of any God, any religion or higher power. Like Charlie, who lived in a small mountain community in the U.S. He was rough around the edges and God was a byword to him like God is to many others. He knew about church, the Bible and religion but not enough to get involved. Yet there was something missing in his life. And he didn’t know what. Still, when he got in trouble or in need, he would talk to the “man upstairs” and ask for help. He would pray to the unknown God. Eventually someone shared the gospel with him, he went to church, repented and later in life became a pastor!

Our loving God sees this and desires us to share our faith with people like Charlie. In the Bible we read how the Apostle Paul dealt with people who worshiped many Gods including an unknown God.

Paul said, “God overlooked people’s ignorance about these things in earlier times, but now he commands everyone everywhere to repent of their sins and turn to him. For he has set a day for judging the world with justice by the man he has appointed, and he proved to everyone who this is by raising him from the dead.” (Acts 17:30-31)

This man is Jesus, and He is coming soon so help them, show them, teach them about our loving Lord Jesus and our Father who art in heaven. It’s urgent. They don’t know.

The Daily Scroll - Happy Birthday Jesus!

Happy Birthday Jesus is what we celebrate for weeks at the end of every year the world over but……you ain’t seen nothing yet. The coming of the Lord is upon us and on that day there will be a celebration in heaven never seen, never imagined, nor conceived in the mind of man!

When the Savior of all humanity appears billions of saints, billions of angels will worship Him from their souls and this celebration will be overseen by Father God Himself! This is the destiny of the real Christmas. Who He is and the eternal life He has given us.

So let’s celebrate the season, yes. But keep your eye on the eastern sky for soon the real celebration will begin in heaven. If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your savior then you have a reservation awaiting you to be part of it all! Merry Christmas! Happy Birthday Jesus!

The Daily Scroll - Christmas Fear

What a glorious time of year! Beautiful decorations are arrayed across the land. Hope for great parties and family gatherings, exchanging gifts with neighbors and co-workers in addition to family. Heart warming Christmas movies and Church Christmas programs, many of which are starring our children. Ah, what a wonderful time of year.

But wait. What’s this I see on the news? Supply shortages, sky high prices, an uncertain economy, huge layoffs, and crime. Yes Crime with a capitol C. It’s not even a tale of two cities as it used to be. It’s a tale of many cities, towns, hamlets, beachfronts, mountain resorts and just about everywhere. That is, according to the news.

I suggest that there is more of the former than the latter. Right now though, people are living in fear. People who never lived in fear before are experiencing a sad reality in their lives… trouble. But friends I submit to you that in spite of the bad news, there is hope in the good news. This is a time in which the world pauses to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. That should be our focus, our joy, and our great hope.

So when we are confronted with a stranger, meet them with a smile. Don’t assume everyone else is bad because they are not. Most are just like us, trying to make it day by day. Do not allow Christmas fear to overshadow Christmas joy, pease and happiness. Sure, acknowledge the world we live in by using wisdom, but don’t let anybody or anything steal your Christmas joy. God gave it to us. It’s yours!

The Daily Scroll - All in good Time

Sometimes we err in well doing because we jump the gun. If we follow the Spirit of the Lord in our daily walk, we see so many opportunities that we want to persue as many as possible. But the timing might not be right. Just because the thing seem right to do, it could be wrong for us at that time, and by jumping ahead we may mess up and fail. Better to move under the direction the the Spirit and know it will work out, rather than move under the direction of our own spirit and desire, just because it seems right. The Lord would say, “Be patient my child. All in good time. All in good time.”

Paul and Silas experienced having their zeal put in check by the Holy Spirit as recorded in the Bible;

“Next, Paul and Silas traveled through the area of Phrygia and Galatia, because the Holy Spirit had prevented them from preaching the word in the province of Asia at that time.” (Acts 16:6)

All in good time. All in good time.

The Daily Scroll - Enter the Kingdom of God

How do we enter the Kingdom of God? The Bible teaches us that when we repent of our sins, and accept Jesus Christ as our savior, we enter the Kingdom of God. God’s Kingdom encompasses Heaven, Earth, the entire universe, and ie. all creation. There’s only one way to enter…through Jesus Christ. When we ask Him into our hearts and believe, we become one with Him, born again into His Spirit, into His Kingdom. The Bible says that  Paul and Barnabas…

“they strengthened the believers. They encouraged them to continue in the faith, reminding them that we must suffer many hardships to enter the Kingdom of God.” (Acts 14:22)

They lived in a place and time where there many more hardships to enter the Kingdom through faith, than most places now. If you now live in a land where you are not persecuted for you faith then you are blessed. Accept Christ and enter now while it’s easy, for soon there will be a time of great hardship to have and express your faith. The tribulation of the earth is at hand. Prepare yourself.

The Daily Scroll - Mockers!

There are two things that really get to me, someone hanging up the phone on me, and being mocked. I’ll guess that you don’t like it either. It happens to all of us at one time or another, but being mocked for sharing the Gospel of the Lord Jesus? That stings, especially when you know that the mocker is hurting themself. The Bible tells of a time when the Apostle Paul was ridiculed and mocked by his Jewish brothers for sharing the Gospel. Here was Pauls response;

“Brothers, listen! We are here to proclaim that through this man Jesus there is forgiveness for your sins. Everyone who believes in him is made right in God’s sight— Be careful! Don’t let the prophets’ words apply to you. For they said, Look you mockers, be amazed and die! For I am doing something in your own day, something you wouldn’t believe even if someone told you about it.” (Acts 13:38-41)

So pity the mockers in your life for they are just hurting themselves. Boldly proclaim the Gospel of Christ to a lost and dying world. - gene

The Daily Scroll - Watch It!

Christians around the world are watching and waiting for the return of Jesus in an event we called the rapture of the church. Jesus spoke of the signs of the last days and they are all around us. But there are deceiving voices that are saying things, specific things that aren’t true. And these voices are saying these things to deceive, mislead, and discourage believers. Remember, Jesus said that perilous times would come and the people would say “I am Christ” and would say “Jesus is in the desert.” Don’t believe it! Or, “Jesus is here!” Don’t believe it! When Jesus comes everyone will know it. Also, no one knows when he’s coming. He told about the signs of the times, and he compared it to watching the weather. When it looks like it’s gonna rain or storm you see the clouds and you know partly, but even the greatest prophetic voices in the land today does not know when Jesus is coming. We believe we are in the last days and we have to be prepared that he could come at any time but watch it…when other voices are giving specific dates and times. Watch it…when people are saying he’s here he’s there. Watch it…beware of false voices. Study the scriptures yourself and you’ll know the truth.

Jesus said my sheep know my voice pray, seek Him, and get close enough to Him where you’ll know his voice. The Bible says the very elect would be deceived if possible and there is a great deception across the land and across the world. So my brothers and sisters, watch it!

The Daily Scroll - Follow Me!

When an Angel says follow me, you follow. This happened in the Bible, (Acts 12:6-9).

“The night before Peter was to be placed on trial, he was asleep, fastened with two chains between two soldiers. Others stood guard at the prison gate. Suddenly, there was a bright light in the cell, and an angel of the Lord stood before Peter. The angel struck him on the side to awaken him and said, “Quick! Get up!” And the chains fell off his wrists. Then the angel told him, “Get dressed and put on your sandals.” And he did. “Now put on your coat and follow me,” the angel ordered. So Peter left the cell, following the angel.”

Are you hopelessly imprisoned in your mind? Suffering a horrible loss, not knowing if life will ever get better? Pray to Jesus. See if He won’t send an Angel to you, to unshackle you and lead you out of the hopelessness and into the hope? You might not see the Angel or God’s hand but you’ll see the results when you trust and follow the Lord Jesus.

The Daily Scroll - Only Believe

Has religion got you down? Trying to do what’s right but always coming up short? Ok. So you’re not perfect, but neither am I. There was only one person who ever lived who was perfect. That is the Lord Jesus Christ. How did He explain it? “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” He died as a sacrifice…for you, then rose from the dead… for you. The question is, do you believe Him? And do you believe in Him? If so, then your sins are forgiven and you receive eternal life through Him. Hallelujah! Period! End of story.

The Bible says, “He is the one all the prophets testified about, saying that everyone who believes in him will have their sins forgiven through his name.” (Acts 10:43)

All we have to Do now is just live for Him. Live! Rejoice! You’re His! Hallelujah!

The Daily Scroll - Get Up!

In the Bible, in the book of Acts 9:40, it tells the story of a kind woman named Tabatha who had recently died. The Apostle Peter was led to her room and he prayed for her. He said “get up Tabitha! Though dead, she opened her eyes and sat up. Then she went about her business and lived. In Jesus’ name she was raised from the dead.

Not only do we die, but more often than not our dreams die. Maybe we are inspired by the Lord to do something, either for the kingdom of God or for our families. But then something happens… Nothing. So like Peter told Tabatha we might just say to ourselves get up! Get up and do what we know to do and at least begin the process. Dreams can be had at the moment but dreams are not usually built in a day. With God’s help, however, your dreams can come true if you get up and don’t give up.

The Daily Scroll - Thanksgiving Day is Ours

 Thanksgiving Day is Ours

By

Gene Markland

There is a friendly debate among historians as to when the first Thanksgiving was celebrated in America. Some say it was in Virginia in 1610, and others hold fast to our traditional first Thanksgiving celebrated in Plymouth Plantation, Massachusetts, in 1621.

Whichever side of the debate one chooses to embrace, the fact remains that Thanksgiving Day is ours.

Before America existed as a nation, the hardy souls who persevered to found this great country made the effort to thank God Almighty for His provision and grace.

Giving thanks in Virginia, Massachusetts, and many other settlements across the new world was a spontaneous act by grateful people. They experienced a life so rugged, that without the providence of God they would have surely not survived. They were grateful for God’s favor and blessing.

Our first President, George Washington, a man acclaimed to be the Father of our Country, acknowledged God as the source of our Nation’s strength and very existence. He felt so strongly about this that he made a proclamation for a national day of thanksgiving on Thursday, November 26th, 1789.

President Abraham Lincoln made it an official national holiday on Thursday, November 26th, 1863. He believed in the importance of setting aside a day to honor God and give thanks individually and corporately as a people.

Thanksgiving day has become a tradition, which like other traditions, has developed, grown, and transitioned from being a simple spiritual act of acknowledging God’s blessings, to a national event of unbridled proportions.

Ball games, shopping, days off from work, and travel are just a few of the Thanksgiving activities that can encumber us and help us to forget the true meaning of the holiday.

This day is meant to be a time to stop, take notice of our blessings, and acknowledge God with a grateful heart. Lest we forget, there have been Thanksgivings in the past that were very trying and somber, days of prayer and fasting.

Today, one could say that we are too busy enjoying our blessings to pause and be thankful. We all share in the responsibility for the national event that Thanksgiving Day has become because it is our day.

I am so thankful to God that He has given us the freedom to worship Him with our thanks. And the blessings that we enjoy over this holiday are truly from Him.

I believe He continues to bless us in part because we do take a day, our day, each year, and as a people tell the whole world that we thank Almighty God for His provident grace.

The Bible says: “Give thanks to the LORD and proclaim his greatness. Let the whole world know what he has done.” (1 Chronicles 16:8 NLT)

This Thanksgiving as we share our feast with our loved ones, plan our shopping for Friday, and our Christmas decorating for Saturday, give a nod to our forbearers whose grateful hearts made this all possible.

Enjoy taking part in a celebration uniquely our own, individually and corporately. Pass on to the next generation the knowledge of how blessed we are as individuals, families, and as a people.

Speak of the mighty and wondrous things that the Lord has done, and share our thankful hearts one with another.

“Let each generation tell its children of your mighty acts; let them proclaim your power.” (Psalm 145:4 NLT)

The famous author O. Henry wrote, “There is one day that is ours. There is one day when all we Americans who are not self-made go back to the old home to eat biscuits and marvel how much nearer to the porch the old pump looks than it used to. Thanksgiving Day is the one day that is purely American.”

Happy Thanksgiving!

The Daily Scroll - He Holds My Hand

He holds my hand, I know he’s there

We go together everywhere.

I’m never lonely, for I know

On my path, he’ll always go

He holds my hand to keep me safe

He leads me, guides me, everyplace.

With him I know I’ll never fall

He’s my eternal, all in all.

He holds my hand and steadies me

He keeps me calm as can be.

And when my time on earth is o’re

He’ll hold my hand forever more

The Daily Scroll - Harvest!

The following post is from 1440.com:

World Population Milestone

Earth's population will reach 8 billion people today, according to projections from the United Nations. The number is three times the population in 1950 and eight times that of the early 1800s.

The 200 years since the Industrial Revolution began (watch overview) have seen a massive population explosion due to a reduction in child mortality and an increase in life expectancy. Improvements in food production, sanitation, and medicine—as well as widespread access to household items like refrigerators and ammonia—have drastically reduced hunger and disease globally.

Annual population growth peaked at just over 2% in the early 1960s and has since declined to under 1% amid a decrease in fertility rates. By the end of this century, total annual deaths are expected to surpass births, likely resulting in a decline in population (learn why).

Overall, demographers estimate almost 120 billion people have lived on Earth.

So friends, as the Bible says, “The harvest is great but the workers are few. Pray that the Lord of the harvest will send more workers.” Let’s raise our hands and pray, “Here I am Lord…send me!

The Daily Scroll - The Gentleman

There was a man in the Bible named Stephen. He wasn’t one of the famous disciples, nor was he an Apostle, yet he personified everything that Lord Jesus taught, lived, and passed on to us. A regular guy, an obedient servant ministering in the name of Jesus. Undeniably under the influence and direction of the Holy Spirit. The Bible says, “Stephen, a man full of God’s grace and power, performed amazing miracles and signs among the people.”

Although when the religious leaders who did not have the baptism of the Holy Spirit, saw the evidence in his life, their jealousy and religious superiority took hold of them to denounce him. However the Word says, “None of them could stand against the wisdom and the Spirit with which Stephen spoke.”

Stephen was frustrated with them and declared, “You stubborn people! You are heathen at heart and deaf to the truth. Must you forever resist the Holy Spirit? That’s what your ancestors did, and so do you!”

Since they could not stop him or the Holy Spirit who dwelt within, they took and killed him. As he was dying the Bible says, “But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, gazed steadily into heaven and saw the glory of God, and he saw Jesus standing in the place of honor at God’s right hand. And he told them, “Look, I see the heavens opened and the Son of Man standing in the place of honor at God’s right hand!” Then he fell to his knees, shouting, “Lord, don’t charge them with this sin!” And with that, he died.” (Acts 7)

The Holy Spirit blessed this ordinary gentleman, filled this man with Himself, enabling him to do mighty works for God and the ordinary people in need, just like Jesus did. He was open to see spiritual visions as foretold in the Bible. The Holy Spirit did it for Stephen and He will do it for you.

The Daily Scroll - Don’t Rejoice

Dear Readers,

As long as the name of God is a byword…Don’t rejoice.

As long as the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ is unbelieved…Don’t rejoice.

As long as evil reins in a Christian Nation?…Don’t rejoice.

As long as a child loses its precious life due to inconvenience…..Don’t rejoice.

As long as the whole truth is muted from the pulpit because of the fear of loss of funds…Don’t rejoice.

As long as one child goes hungry for any reason…Don’t rejoice

As long as violence sweeps our streets…Don’t rejoice.

As long as one soul hangs in the balance over a devils hell…Don’t rejoice.

As long as we believers do not take action or even pray…Don’t rejoice.

The Daily Scroll - Ever Yours

When I think of you, oh God, creator of all, master of all, I am so amazed. I can barely comprehend you, your majesty, and your goodness. You were always with me. Even when I turned my back, your hand was on my shoulder. When I walk in righteousness my steps are ordered by you. When I walk in the shadow of doubt, your light illuminates my path. How could I even exist without you? You enable me to complete the tasks which you have given me. You never ask me to do anything which I cannot do. You’ve placed within me the miracle of love and obedience. Although it’s against my very nature, you operate through me when I submit to your will. Ever grateful. Ever loving. Ever yours.

The Daily Scroll - Help in Vain

Do you ever feel like the work you do is in vain? Maybe you work with children in church only to see them grow up to be wild teenagers getting in trouble. Maybe you have a child that you did your best to raise in the fear and admonition of the Lord, yet when they grew up they actually resented and  hated you. You know, we’re living in the last days, the days that the Bible said that these thing will happen. Don't be discouraged. Like Moses, your intentions were good and your work is not in vain. Without your help, the child would never even have a chance. In time it’ll pay off. They’ll come back.

“One day when Moses was forty years old, he decided to visit his relatives, the people of Israel. He saw an Egyptian mistreating an Israelite. So Moses came to the man’s defense and avenged him, killing the Egyptian. Moses assumed his fellow Israelites would realize that God had sent him to rescue them, but they didn’t.“ (Acts 7:23-25)

The Daily Scroll - Shake This Place!

How many Christian conferences have we attended where when we leave, we are the same as when we arrived. How many nice camp meetings we attend are just…nice. We go back to normal life unchanged. Well friends,  we are now in a critical time that requires more than…just the same. We need, really need,  the power and presence of the Holy Spirit of God to shake us. We need the Holy Spirit and fire to accomplish what Almighty God expects in these last days.

When the early Christians were told by their religious leaders to cease and desist the preaching and power of and by the name of Jesus, they were faced with real life consequences if they disobeyed. They met together and this is what they prayed:

“Give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word. Stretch out your hand with healing power; may miraculous signs and wonders be done through the name of your holy servant Jesus.” After this prayer, the meeting place shook, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit. Then they preached the word of God with boldness.” (Acts 4:29-31)

May we, the last Christians, go back and seek the boldness and power of the Holy Spirit that was granted the first Christians. - gene

The Daily Scroll - The Friendly Man

Who is the most friendly man to ever walk the earth? You may be surprised to learn that it was, and is, Jesus. That’s right, the Lord Jesus. When you examine His life, as described in the Bible, this is the only conclusion at which to arrive. He left Heaven to come and find us. And to make us His friends. He lived with us, he suffered, cried, and grieved with us, and then…and then…died in our place. As it says in the Bible, no better friend than one who will give his life for his friend.

Jesus was a friend to all. He was a friend to, and enjoyed children.  Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” (Matthew 19:14)

He was a friend to the common man, even sinners. The Bible says, “And as he reclined at table in his house, many tax collectors and sinners were reclining with Jesus and his disciples, for there were many who followed him.” (Mark 2:15)

Don’t be afraid to get to know this friendliest man who ever lived. He’s approachable, loving and kind.

The Daily Scroll - My Peace

So many people in the world are searching, longing for peace. Nations want peace. Families want peace. Individuals want peace. Yet, it doesn’t come. And when it doesn’t come it doesn’t mean that it’s your fault. You are probably not to blame. For we look for peace in all the wrong places. Some look to jobs, careers, governments, parents, spouses, money. If only……

Peace through efforts in this world either doesn’t come or is fleeting. But real peace, lasting peace, peace that reaches the depths of your soul only comes from one place. And you don’t have to deserve it, earn it, or capture it. True peace comes as a gift from God. He not only gives you Devine peace, he gives you the peace that is from, and belongs to our Savior. The Lord Jesus.

Jesus said, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” ( John 14:27)

It doesn’t come from the world or the things of the world, so the world cannot take it from you. This inner spiritual peace comes from your connection to God through Christ Jesus. Take a deep breath and receive His peace. The world wants to distract us in order for us to ignore the gift. Fall upon the love and mercy of God. His peace He gives you. - gene

The Daily Scroll - Save Yourself!

Yes, save yourself! On the day of Pentecost when the Apostle Peter preached his famous sermon, at which time around 3000 people were saved, he said, “Save yourselves from this crooked generation!” He also said, “Each of you must repent of your sins and turn to God, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Then you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” (Acts 2:38)

Once you become a Christian, beautiful things can happen. The Holy Spirit will empower you to accomplish the life that The Lord gives you. The Holy Spirit gives opportunities to share your faith and life a faith filled life of spiritual adventure. So step away from the unfulfilled carnal life this world gives, and into a glorious life of faith. A life that continues throughout eternity.

The Daily Scroll - Hungry?

Jesus. Sometimes I just have to shake my head when I think of Lord Jesus, His life on earth, and how He does things. Awesome doesn’t touch the magnificence of Jesus. So I shake my head in wonder and praise. You know, when we worship God in church services, we engage physically, but much more is going on. Our spirits, which as Christians have been born again and alive in Christ, is also worshiping God in the best way. Really, you ask? Since God is Spirit, our spiritual connection is what pleases Him, and He looks for that! Jesus tells us the following in the Bible.

“But the time is coming—indeed it’s here now—when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth. The Father is looking for those who will worship him that way. For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth.” (John 4:23-24)

So therefore in our spiritual lives, are we nourishing our spirit with the Word, the love, and the will of God so that we may worship Him in spiritual strength? Or do we worship Him as malnourished babies barely able to cry Abba?

Then Jesus explained: “My nourishment comes from doing the will of God, who sent me, and from finishing his work. (John 4:34)

Ponder and think on those two scriptures. Measuring up to them will change your life. - gene

The Daily Scroll - Eternal life?

The simple question to which mankind wants an answer is “How do I attain eternal life?” This question is rooted inside of every individual because when God created mankind, He created him to live forever. But when Adam fell, and all generations within him, the calling to live forever was not removed. We can say, it’s in our DNA to live and not die. Although it broke Gods’ heart, with His great love for us, he enacted a great plan. A plan very costly for Him. The Bible tells it this way,

“For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him. There is no judgment against anyone who believes in him. But anyone who does not believe in him has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son.” (John 3:16)

“And anyone who believes in God’s Son has eternal life. Anyone who doesn’t obey the Son will never experience eternal life but remains under God’s angry judgment.” (John 3:36)

Know that God loves you…and made this way for you to have eternal life. - gene

The Daily Scroll - The Three Trees

There is a place in the forest where a babbling brook runs swiftly over flat rocks creating a very peaceful sound. Beside the brook is a place where sits three trees. The trees appear to be Ancient. They each have a very wide trunk and limbs coming out of the base about 6 feet off the ground. Colored leaves from the trees limbs mingle as they sit together like a trio. Separate yet close enough to form a canopy over this nice piece of land beside the brook. Leaves gently fall to the ground amid pumpkins which are situated around the tree trunks. To the left sits a small stack of firewood resting beside one tree, and a small campfire is burning in the middle of the trio. A tree stump sits to the side, upon which sets a cup of hot coffee steaming up beside a pot. Another stump across from that one has a basket of fruit sitting on top. A small dog sits facing the stream looking left to right, back and forth, searching.

As I sit and relax in this place enjoying God‘s nature, my thoughts are drawn to the trees and what they might represent. The first tree on my left I’ll call faith. The one next to it I’ll call hope. And the one sitting across from both of them forming a triangle I’ll call love. The scriptures talk about faith hope and love and and I’ve always thought of them as three separate things. Yet though the trees are three separate things coming out of the ground, as they reach skyward, their branches and leaves intermingle to form a canopy, and they become one canopy over all three trees. so they’re separate and yet they can be one in the Heights. God’s nature reflects his natural world. Although the Father, the Son Lord Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are three separate beings and individuals, when they come together they rise up and become one where you can’t tell where one ends and the other begins. If you look at the tree canopies, they are blended and intermingled into one beautiful canopy of orange, yellow, and  green. Under a slight breeze, the leaves of fall gently glide to the earth. And as you look at them on the ground, you can’t tell If a leaf fell from the tree of faith, or from the tree of hope, or the tree of love. Faith Hope and love sheds its blossoms, its covering, and becomes one blessing. Scripture tells us…

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” (Hebrews 6:11)

“But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. (Isaiah 40:31)

A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: Just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.” (John 13:34)

Three trees under which to rest peacefully. Three truths under which to hold dear. - gene
