So many of us love a good mystery. Books, TV shows, Plays, all intrigue us. We love to be the first to solve them. It can be fun. But the greatest mystery of all is this, why does God love us so much? Why was He willing to sacrifice His only begotten Son for us? None of us deserve it, yet here we are, standing in His presence, awash with the righteousness of God in Christ. The answer to this great mystery must lie in Gods’ love for humanity, His earthly children. The Bible teaches us:
“Without question, this is the great mystery of our faith: Christ was revealed in a human body and vindicated by the Spirit. He was seen by angels and announced to the nations. He was believed in throughout the world and taken to heaven in glory.” (I Timothy 3:16)
