I was watching a drama on TV where the main character was a mediator at a law firm. Instead of going to court trial, the mediator helped them settle out of court. In a court trial one party wins and one party loses. In mediation both parties win. The actual definition of mediator is, (a person who attempts to make people involved in a conflict come to an agreement; a go-between.)
Mankind was in conflict with God and mankind lost, and was lost. Jesus Christ became our mediator between mankind and God. Therefore bringing us together. The Bible says, “There is one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and humanity—the man Christ Jesus. He gave his life to purchase freedom for everyone.” (I Timothy 2:5)
Look what He’s done for us. He brought our relationship back with Father God. Jesus Christ, the great mediator.
